		| Message | between the AMS and MS manifolds. $1089 vs. $1005? A big problem with getting products manufactured overseas is ensuring you have exclusive rights to the product you developed. You can sign an agreement, but if the manufacturer is not meeting his quota for the month, more than likely they'll turn around and offer your product to other vendors at the same cost just to meet their financial goals, even though you paid for R&D. Legal action is difficult, especially in China, where even if you win in court you are realistically unable to enforce it. That is unless you have sufficient clout (eg. companies the size of Walmart) and/or connections within the government. Even Z1 I think saw that, when the manufacturer of their throttle bodies turned around and offered it to a vendor in Australia, perhaps thinking they could get away with it. In the end the only way to avoid that is to make it less worthwhile financially for the manufacturer to lose your business over a short term gain for them. So if you are only making a few product, then you are really not in a position to see your demands met.
